Diamonds are one of the rarest minerals and the hardest to find. The oldest rivers in the world carried the rough diamond crystals from the ancient volcanic plateaus and deposited them along their deltas. Over millions of years these rivers changed course and often lie under three to ten meters of overburden. The identification of these sites is the focus of our exploration.
We are constantly exploring and re investing a huge percentage of our revenues into research and development to make the impossible possible. Unmanned aerial vehicles are developed and deployed by BDM with special payload cameras and sensors, used to navigate and map out areas from the air.
The most important desire we have is the preservation of the natural environment. To use technology as an aid to navigate to the points of diamond geology is fundamental. Other companies scour, bulldoze and cut huge wounds into the surfaces of forests and grasslands. We avoid this and we are a leader in geological exploration techniques. |
